Co-Owner/Creative Director
De’Ariss leads each project with a deep sense of purpose and creativity. With over 13 years of writing experience, more than a decade in audio production, and six years in filmmaking and design, his work is crafted to move people not just visually, but also emotionally.
His storytelling is made for those looking for meaning, craving depth, and believing there’s more to life than what they’ve been told.
When he's not creating, De’Ariss is spending time with his family or sharpening his strategy over a game of chess.
Yordanos Belachew
Co-Owner/ Operations Manager
Yordanos has always been driven by a desire to make a difference, whether that’s through storytelling or service. With experience in both media and healthcare, she brings a unique blend of care, focus, and leadership to every project.
As Operations Manager, she plays a key role in keeping things moving. Her tasks include coordinating freelancers, handling logistics, and making sure production stays on track.
Outside of work, Yordanos is big on Pilates and always experimenting with new dishes in the kitchen.
